CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember I am running a small business and this is not to be taken personal. As a courtesy, I ask at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. If less than 48 hours notice is given my fee is 50% of your original service total + your deposit paid. Any No Call/No show will be charged 100% of missed appointment. - No exceptions. With 48 hours notice there is a better chance I am able to maximize my time at the salon and be as accommodating as possible. Your communication is so valued and appreciated!
